Sir,— Please accept the enclosed recipe for the benefit of those whom it may concern :— Recipe for sheep suff *nng with lung worm— One bottle turpentine to two bottles of water, mix and shake well, one tablespoon fnl to bo given to each shoep m Iho early morning when the stomach is empty. Catch and hold tho sheep, as when going to shear it, then put the thumb of left hand m the sheep's mouth, holding the tongue to the lower jaw. Doses to be given out oi a tablespoon— if given from a teaspoon may spill.— This recipe was given me by an experienced sheep-breeder, and although a tedious process, I believe it has beei/found to be efficacious.— l am, &c, James B.
