(electric telegraph. — copyright.) (speciae to united press asssoclation.) London, Nov. 29. The Right Hon James Lowther and the Right Hon Rupert Carington have been defeated, and Mr W. F. Forster, Mr Peter Rylands. Mr Sclater Booth, Mr H. Chaplin, Chancellor of Duchy of Lancaster, Sir R. E. Webster, Attorney-Gene-ral, and Mr R. Chamberlain have been elected. Bradford and Islington have each returned three Liberals. Returns from Ireland' show that eight Conservatives have beenelected, «mcHn Scotland three Conservatives have been returned. Messrs Parnell and Healey have been elected by huge majorities for Cork constituencies, but a protest has been lodged against Mr Parnell on the ground of his having been wrongfully described on the ballot papers. Nov. 30. The latest election returns show that the Conservatives have gained the day m 116 boroughs, and the Liberals m 107 boroughs.
