(reuter's teeegrams). London, Mov. 30. Sir John Walsham, at present first Secretary to the British legation m Paris, has been appointed British Minister to China. Madrid, Nov. 30. The remains of his late Majesty King Alfonso were interred m the palace of the Escurial, yesterday. The funeral ceremony was of an imposing character, and was attended by a large number of people of all degrees.
