A CONTRACTOR'S COMPLAINT.
(To the Editor of the Rangitikei Advocate.) Sir, — Some short time ago an advertisemvnt appeared m your columns for drays, horses, . etc., on the PaikakarikiWaikane section of the WellingtonManawatu railway, signed by B. Annibel, Waikanae.* 1 replied -to it, and go did another pe.rsqn to my knowledge. We have both of us waited very patiently for a reply, but m neither instance has the person addresned had the bare civility to acknowledge the receipt of our .letters. I trust, therefore, that you will allow me the opportunity of warning 1 others against being put to the inconvience of m any way -losing the chanc* of other work or taking any troublea bout a person who can act with -so littlt civility.
