The insurgents attacked Khalmandu, the capital, murdering the Prime Minister, Jung Bahadur, and taking prisoner Maharaja, who is a minor. Hobart, Monday. A deadlock occurred between the Legislative Council and the House As seinbly owing to the former body insisting on its power to amend the Debenture Bill sent up from the Lower House.
