SERVIA AND BULGARIA.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. — COPYRIGHT.') (rcjiter's telegrams.) St. Petersburg, Nov. 24. It is announced that Ru^ia has proposed to the Powei'd that tliey shall intervene with a view to putting a stop to hostilities. Belgrade, Nov. 24. There has been another severe engagement, which lasted several hours, m which the Servians were repulsed. The Servian army has been compelled to retreat further back.
