Mr Sharp informs. uV'tnat he saw Mr Dundas on the ground and was rather surprised to learn from him tkat be knew nothing about the hew find he waa credited with, iti this) respect bearing out the remarks made! by, Mr Corby a week ago. . From what he saw of the place Mr Sharp does not form a very high opinion of it as a > Ijkely goldfiald, oven supposing" the reef is discovered. At present there are 4 not many people on the place, and judging by a letter shown us yesterday j we should imagine that the number ! will sobh'he smaller.
