All competitors when nominating for any of : the Handicaps, to give performances and Handicaps received during last 12 months, and the number of competitors. Any intending competitor failing to comply with this Rule will be disfiualified, and his nomination money forfeited. ' 3. In case of a dispute, a sum of money equal to the entrance fee of the raoe on which the dispute arose, to be lodpred with the Secretary within ten minutes after the race : the fee to be lorfeited should the protest prove frivolous.. . i 4. The Friendly Societies' Cup must be won by the same person two years m succession, or three years at intervals, before becomming his absolute property. ■7.- In each event of the Friendly Societies' Handicap, the points to be calculated ns follows :— lst shall count C points ; 2nd, 3 points ; 3rd, 1 point. ,8. The Friendly Societies' Handicap is for members of the local 'lodges of Foresters, Oddfellows, Hibernians, and Druids, who werebona fide members of/such Lodges previous to Ist October, 1886, and v who are" financial at the date of running.
