j Horses.— Dullness has characterised tke market, and there was no noteworthy alteratioimn value; last Friday, r } > 5 Wool,' Si^es, "and Tallbwl— -Supply Brriall; arid prices unaltered.' ; !i ** - 3 « -i' Fat Cattle.^— At the Newmarket Yards on Thursday last week's values were fully^maintained.,, v. , \- ,;\v ,\ \ Pat Sheep.— There was a fair muster at- Newmarket on , -Tuesday, composed principally, of small lots from the neigh-? borhood, supplemented by a few trucks from the Waikato. No shorn sheep were yarded, and 19s was ■ the highest : figure rbr^wooled wethers^ or 2s 2d per 81b ; lambs, scarce'ahd "small, selling at from 4s to 14s 9d each. Pigs were landed m increased num. bers, and were well competed for at from 2£d to BJd per lb live weight.
