The Wellington correspondent =o.f the Hawke's Bay Herald writes, as, follows : — I have gP°d authority for stating that a re construction of the Ministry will take place almost immediately, but the retiring Ministers are not vet known. Mr Garrick, 1 liear, has been sounded on the subject, but he is not disposed to entertain tlie proposal m consequence of the rather unsatisfactory state of matters this session .
