It also announces that the Russian Goverenment will require the deposition of Prince Alexander from the throne of Bulgaria. The 1 Shaur-Savill and Albion Company's ship Lyttelton arrived last nigbjfc from Wellington (June 27th). Her cargo of frozen meat is said to be. m good condition. - • Sept. 28. Prince Alexander ot Bulgaria has despatched a telegraphic- circular to the European Powers and the Sublime Porte,, m which he admits the Suzerainty of the Sultan. He further disclaims any idea of hostility toward Turkey, and requests the to fulfil the. wishes of Bulgaria and Servia with regard to th« settlement of the Eonmelian question.
