It also announces that the Russian Goverenment will require the deposition of Prince Alexander from the throne of Bulgaria. The 1 Shaur-Savill and Albion Company's ship Lyttelton arrived last nigbjfc from Wellington (June 27th). Her cargo of frozen meat is said to be. m good condition. - • Sept. 28. Prince Alexander ot Bulgaria has despatched a telegraphic- circular to the European Powers and the Sublime Porte,, m which he admits the Suzerainty of the Sultan. He further disclaims any idea of hostility toward Turkey, and requests the to fulfil the. wishes of Bulgaria and Servia with regard to th« settlement of the Eonmelian question. Herlin, Sept. 23. . .The North German Gazette has an article to day upon the action of Roumelia m revolting and declaring m favor of union with Bulgaria. TJ*e 'writer of the article dwells at considerable length upon the illegality of the recent": revolution, and- its: recognition by. the rulinoPrince of Bulgaria. : . ° - JJoMrE.Sept. 23, Telegraphic advices from Palermo report the existence of considerable disorder m Sicily, consequent. upon the'towns resisting contact with the exterior; and m order to allow the country inhabitants to enter the town without .molestation, bodies of troops have been posted at all the railway stations to maintain order.
