Chimborazo's mails, dated Melbourne, Aug. 7th were also delivered to-day (via Naples}. • Sept 22. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria, lias arrived at Phillipopolis, and received a splendid and enthusiastic reception. It is generally believed that the action of Roumelia m revolting was done . unknown to the Powers, and that they, (the Powers) are anxious to limit the revolutionary movement to the utmost.
