News is to hand from Roumelia ot a revolution that has taken place there, though fortunately of a peaceful -nature and unaccompanied by bloodshed. The inhabitants of the province seized the Turkish Governor, Aleko Pasha, and is.sued a proclamation declaring the union of Roumelia with Bulgaria. The Roumelian Army took the bath of allegiance to Prince Alexander of Bulgaria, and are now occupying several strategic pointe on the Turkish frontier. In consequence of these events the Bulgarian Army has been mobilised. -
