Tim.es says :— A meeting df the shareholders of the Welcome (Terawhiti) Gold Mining Company (Limited) was held last Friday evening at the offices, Lambton-quay, Mr Isaac Plimmer occupying the chair. It was resolved to register the Company under the title of the Terawhiti Welcome Gold Mining Company. A set of ruleg and regulations were laid before the meeting and were adopted. The following gentlemen -were elected as officers :— - Directors, Messrs Dowsett, Plimmer, Sloan, Mace, and Finlay ; auditor, Mr W. Bishop ; General Manager, Mr W.
