UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. .Sydney, Sept. 15. In the Legislative Assembly on Friday last, Mr Suttor made a statement charging one officer of the Contingent with cowardice m. the Soudan. TVIr Dalley pointed out that unless the name of the officer m question was revealed, suspicion would rest on all. , Captain 'Mulholland requested that Mr Suttor be called upon formally to prefer a charge m order to enable a Military Court of Inquiry to examine into and deal with the evidence.
