THE REPORT OF THE COMMISSIONERS. UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. •Wellington, Saturday. The report of the Royal Commission on the Wellington Hospital ias been for. warded to the Governor.. The: Commissioners report that . th« evidence proves that Dr Chilton is unfit for liis \futies, owing to intemperance, and his dismissal is fully justified. The dismissal of the nurses is justified : by the- insubordinate tone of the letter sent by them to the hospital committees. The dismissal of certain officers and male servants was necessary to the discipline and good management of the institution. The Commissioners consider that since the appointment of Dr ChUtori great extravagance has prevailed m the use of food and medical comforts.
