This will be heard to-day after the divorce case Chaldecott v Chaldecott. The other cases settled|On now are Wirihama Terekuku v. Kidd, Nicholson Bros, v. Davey- and- another for Monday ;. Fleetwood y. Australian Mortgage Company, Tuesday ; to be followed by Piercy v. Natives and Cook v. Natives. The case, of Dixon v. Dalziell has, we understand, been settled, as also that of Day v. Abbott.
