Accident.
. A serious accident occurred yesterday to a contractor named O'Reilly, whilst he was falling bus 1 ! on a section down the Foxton i Line. The unfortunate mm received a blow from a falling tree, crushing the lower part of the leg ' and completely breaking the large bone between the knee and foot. With assistance he was at once cohvej r ed to his residence m Broad-street, ani "atten^nded to by. Dr Macintire. It will be some weeks before the injured man will be able to leave his bed, and a considerable time before he. regains perfect use of the limb.
