Road Board Meeting.

(Continuation of Report.) A list of the Acts required by th« Board was supplied by the Engineer and after discussion it was decided to write to Mr Macarthur and ' endeavor to gef supplied gratis with those most necessary. Mr Alters snggesfel that applications ho made for £650 under the Roads and Bridges Construction Act for expenditure on Millcrick's Line. A letter from Mr Collins was read re gravel pit Rangitikei Line. No action was taken. Accounts amounting to £93 4s 3d were passed f>r payment. The Secretary was instructed to write to the Colonial Secretary re Charitable Aid requesting payment of present and past accounts. Mr Sheerin waited on the Board re bridge over Bo mlary Road. The applicant was referred to the Borough Council. The Secretary was instructed to write to the Colonial Treasurer for particulars of debentures for which the Road Board is liable for district and main roads.
