A communication has been received by Sanor Cunovas Del Castello, President of the Council, from the German Government relative to the occupation of Nap, m which Count Hatzfeldt, the German Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, informs him that the commander of the gunboats has disobeyed orders m taking t>os3ession of Nap.
