Cholera Outbreak.

London, Sept. 6. : Advices from Spain state that choleia is decreasing m violence m that country and that the number of deaths is rapidly diminishing. A case of cholera has been reported to the medical authorities at Cardiff, South Wales, the patient being a sailor on board the ship which recently arrived from Barcelona.
