By telegram received this afternoon we learn thpt three cases of alleged breach of the Municipal (Corporation's Act were heard to-day at \Van<janui. Or Cakson fin* voting while accounts due to him for advertising remained unpaid, was fined <£?100. Ten other cases against the same defendant were adjourned fot a w^ek. The cases against Cys D. MiißitAY and J. Laikd were also adjovtrn'd for a week Cr S. Maxson confessed judgment for JP>}5Q, and Cr P. rWi.i. f.»r The total amount for which Cr Oarsdn was sued is JPIOSO, Cr Muuuav i? 800, and Cr Laiud £150,
