The ' supplement contained the hospital site correspondence, out of; wliich two libel actions are now pending 1 , and the case excited great public interest; His Worship held the charge proved, but as it was an act «f extreme carelessness he would not deal with it under section 18, which imposed a minimum fine of £5, and maximum fine of jS(> on every copy up to twenty, but under section 22, which inflicted a penalty not exceeding £20 on anyone printing and publishing a newspaper from Avhich were omitted the particulars required by the foregoing section.
