A RUSSEAN SP¥ ARRESTED.

A man assuming the garb of a- priest, and giving the name of Father Kanorick, has been arrested m India as a Russian spy. He is thought by : the authorities to- be identical with the ex-' Communist Oliver Pain, who informed | the Mahdi of the strength of the British troops m Egypt. !
