It was reso veil to request Mr Macarthnr tv procure copies of Acts requirod by the Board. llesolved to ailvertiso for ratepayers to produce their receipts for rates paid. Warden Sly moved a vote of thanks on those gentlemen who assisted to rescue-.';-the Board's safe from the late fire. ••■ .A memo was received from the Treasurer stating- amount due to Board on ..deferred-payment sections was £2SC. Warden Mathieson , thought a portion . of this, might be reasonably expended to the ro,ads leading t£ Messrs Stubb's and Burmeister's respectively.
