+i oni ce l d , Our ns^ sale on Wednesday, the, 29th i July, when, notwithsfcand ing the very* bad state of the weather, we had a large, attendance, .and; good quantity of stock came forward, although several lines advertised were not m, owing to tho inclement, state of the weather for two ;^ays iprevious. , We .are glad, to be able tp-roport, however, a good sale, with most of tho lines cleared at good values. This is very little alteration from pur last quotations m prices of stock of all classes. , Beef and mutton is a trifle higher, but store stock of all classes remain unchanged. The bidding was not so brisk sis usual at the commencement of the sale, but improved as it went on 'Buyers are rather shy, owing to .the probability of a scarceness of feed durin°the next month, or- two. We quote— ° _ Cattle—Fat cows, £3 18s, £4, and £4 12s ; calves, 203 ; yearlings. 35s ; 18---£3lss to £717s 6d, according to quality Sheep.—l*at ; sheep (mixed). 10s 2dgood store wethers, 11 8 ; good wethers m" vauSa? 6B^ S ° ld a few hors^ at f ™
