Messrs Poole and Trask v. Manawatu, County Council claim extras for £80 13s notice of' discontinuance having been given, the parties having come to {he agreement, this case was ordered to fee struck out." Messrs Poole and Trask informs us. that the terms upon which this action against the County Council was settled was that the Council pay £20 for extra work and return of deposit and Poole and Trask withdrew th six claim ' for loss of profit.
