All Saints' Church Auuual Meeting.

' The annual meeting of parishoners of All Saints' Church was held last evening' m. the vestry, the Bey. 'Mr Copingor occupied tho chair, aud a good number of representative members of the church were present. The following report and balance sheet writs read and adopted and discussion took place : on various church matters (a full report of which will appear to-morrow). The following vestry for the ensuing year was elected : — Messrs, Weeks, | Hirst, Podevin, Watson, Haultain, B. S. Abrahams, and Bachelar. Messrs Snelson. and Hankins were elected wardens. It was decided reenlarging the parochial record to leave the matter in' the hands of Mr Cqpinger. It was also decided that the vestry take Qver the general church fund from tho Ist July. •■--■"•■. ; Statement of receipts and expenditure for year endinsr 30th June 1835.
