Grey (heard m camera), the wife being the petitioner; His: Honor stated that the case was the most extraordinary One ever heard m a Divorce Court.. He was bound to. state publicty the ground of conclusion he had arrived at.. The suit 'was one. of nullity. Ho, was of opinion that it' had not been proved that either party was incapable oE marriage . state. Respondent was the. father oi fivo living children and, for anything to the contray, he might have children again. Nevertheless, he had, m this case, confessed himself ; incapable, quoad haric. >To proceed upon . such confession: was, no doubt i a .dangerous one, but m the present instance he (Justice Richmond) was satisfied that the confession was. genuine, and that there, had ;, been no collusion bei^veen parties. He.. • was satisfied: that the suit was a bonaftde one. 1 -After the evidence adduced, he considered it would be a mockery that they should cohabit. , .. *
