Further borrowing proposals wiU be strongly, oppoiedi and it is doubtful if the Government will risk them. : It bag been remarked that several memberi of the PtfbHo Petition Gommittee, by which VogePa claim for compensation will be. investigated and reported upon, are his own nominies.
