LAST NIGHT.

' The.usual lortnightiy meeting of the Qonncil was held last evening. Present ■^His Worship the Mayor, aud Crs Hawkins, West, Wylds, Larcoinb, T« Kiug, J. King, Abrahams, Bentley,. Grace, Park, Hutcheson, and Beck.
