Land Sale, Messrs Stevens and Gorton held a sale of town properties yesterday at their rooms Rangitikei -street. There was a gbo.d attendance of buyers, and the following sections were disposed of :— Part of Town Section 161, containing two roods, more or less, fronting Grey-street, Pcilmerston North, together with two Cottageis thereon. Mr J. Waldegrave, <i?3O. Part of Town Section 75, containing about' one rood, fronting Broad-streot, Palmerston JN orth, together with a five-roomed house thereon. Messrs Richter and Co, 1 Town Section 338, containing one rood and thirty-nine perches, fronting ManChester, South, and Russel streets, m Feilding, to- . gether with three buildings / thereon.
