The debtor deposed a lease of 11 acres of land at Jackeytown was secured to J. P. Armstrong for money advanced, paid £8 ss per annum for the lease. (2l years), through failing to pass my law examination I have had to seek the protection of ; the Court. If creditors had not pushed ; me I should have paid by getting assisti ance.
