New Ministerial Appointments.

J tfnifif 26. , Lord Harris has been appointect Parliamentary Uunder-Secretary ioir India, m the new Ministry ; and Earl .Dunraven, Under-Secretary for the Colonies. Rowland Wihn, M.P., for North Lincolnshire, and Right Hon. Sir Aurthur Hobhouse, have been raised to the peerage ; and Messrs J. E. Millar, and J. G; Watts,, the eminent painter, have had baronetcies conferred upon them. It is announced that Sir Arthur Drummond Wolffe will not supersede Sir Evelyn Baring, but' that his mission to Egypt ,will be of a special character. -. .
