The witness Yates who has turned Queen's evidence gave his testimony. He stated th»t it was he who drove the cart m which were contained the proceeds of the robbery and furnished the Court with full details of tha manner m which the crime wag conceived and carried out. At the close of his examination the proceedings were adjourned until Friday next.
