Douglas, i'ls6, broach of promise, plaintiffs counsel accepted a nonsuit, on - which the plaintiff made a furious at- . tack on the defendant, belabouring his head and shoulders with her parasol. By order of the judge she was removed and was subsequently sentenced to seven days, for assault.
