NEW SOUTH WALES CONTINGENT.
THE PUBLIC WELCOME. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT.) (REUTERS TELEGRAMS.) Sydney, Tuesday. The Government have finally decided that the contingent shall' l&nd at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday, A levee will be held m Moore Park, at which his Excellency the Governor will deliver an address to the troops. The contingent will then march to the barracks, where they will be dismissed. Tuesday has been proclaimed. a public holiday throughout the Colony.
