On Friday, when Parliament re-assombles, it will be known what is the probable personel of the neyvr Ministry, and the intelligence will be 'awaitc-d with caper anticipation. The possible ultimate effect of the present political crisis on European affairs generally, it would bo idl« to conjecture 'at the present stage.
