AFFAIRS IN EGYPT.

Joseph Chamberlain, M.P., President ot the Board of Trad*, addressed a crowded meeting of his con.' stituents at Birmingham, this evening. Referring to Egyptian affairs, Mr Chamberlain stated that the obstruction on the part of the French Government to the policy of Great Britain m E 6 ypt, had delayed the evacuation of that country by the British forces, and would, perhaps, finally render it a matter of impog* sibility.
