/. In the * vestry of All Saints' Church, a lecture cm. drawing was given last evening by .MY Hampton, it being the sixth oho of the scries. This gentleman is giving t;ho result .of his prac.tical experience inauch a way that all stiidepta who attend his class may have their way smoothed by avoiding the weary dry ness of the uwial subjects chosen and placing art ' interesting variety of subjects before them. Sir m pursuance of this principle last night's lecture was on the human figure, its drapery and emotional faces ; tho lecturer ably explaining the proportional parts by means of artistic diagrams ■flinong which were some laughing- and crying faces carefully analysed. We that tlie next lecture will be delivered m the. same place next Thursday at 7.30 p.m., the aybjject being "Alphabets." '
