Football Club.
A committee' meeting was held on Saturday, 23rd inst., to consider a challenge from the Feilding Club for 30th May, and it was decided that the challenge bo accepted, but that the match could not be played before the Oth June. And with that object m view it was decided to play a scratch match so as to guide thelcouiuitteo m the selection of a team out of the following members : — Messrs Stallanl, Templar, F. Smith, J. Mofllatt, W. Moifatt, I. Salmon, U. Smith, Hanlon, Luxford, Paltridge, Hunter, Say well, G. Pratt, Astbiiry, Hounslow, Stutter, X Johnston, Oliphant, Mitchell, Manning, Showsby, li. Newth, Kuku, Jvia^ Ta.ito,_Axop.
