No Entry will be received for any Race except upon this tond jtion,— That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision nnon nil points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All Entiles to be Sealed and mldressed to the Secretary, Palincrston North ; Entrance Money Enclosed with Name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, nml, m case the of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the owner, and Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours entered will be fined 3 sots. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be worn. AH persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 sots, to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the Wjr.C. Rnles. Norses walking oTcr will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to snTe its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or Nominations will be received under any pretence whaterer after the time specified for closiug.
