The Nightingale's Crew.

THE BOAT PICKED UP. (UNITED PUKSS ASSOCIATION). ArcKLAir'D. Wednesday. The Arawata arrived from Fiji this morning. She brings news of the safety of the missiug cr6w of the brigantine Nightingale. On the 9th inst. the barque Renrigio, bound from Newcastle to Frisco with a cargo, of coal put into Lovuka, having on board Captain Short and tho missing men who had been picked up man open boat at sea. According to the statement made the vessel became water-logged on Ihc 19th April. The crew, eleven m number, took to the boat on the 20th. Afler going about two miles fivo of the crew considered the boat overloaded and returned to the ship. The boat experienced fair weather till tho 26th of April, when the sails of the Remigio were descried and that vessul picked up the castaways. On the following day there was a terrific s - ale which would probably have swamped the boat.
