BY ELECTRIC TELEGKAPH.— COPTEIGHT (BEUTKB'S TBLEGtRAIfS.) .■ London, May 15, Referring to -the Irish question, Mr Gladstone announced the partial renewal of the Prevention of Crimes Act m Ireland, and stated that the Government at present were unable to deal with th« question of Irish local self-government or to proceed with the Ireland Land Fox chases Bill.
