Messrs Stevens and Gorton announce that they will offer for absolute sale by auction, on Tuesday, the 19th inst., after their usual stock sale at Bulls, ttiat valuable farm prooerty m the Sandou District belonging to Mr J. Roberts. On it is a six-roomed dwellinghouse, with stables, granary, and all necessary outbuildings. This farm without doubt contains the finest land m the far-famed and proverbially fertile Sandon district. For such a valuable property there should be keen competition.
