An Extraordinary Action.
(united pbkss association). WnujNGTOri, Thursday. . An action of a peculiar nature lias been commenced m the Supreme Court by the parents of two boys, named Gathrio. It appears that on the moinin<; of Qood Friday last the boys went to the house of Mr Tatmn, commission agent, with some hot-cross buns he had ordered from the bakers. The hour was early, and m groping about the back premises m search of a receptacle for the buna, the youngsters made some noise. Mr Tatum, under the impression that burglars wore about, fired a revolver to scare them awuy. The parents are now suing Mr Tatum for £100 as damages for assault and injury to their sons' nervous system.
