In the House of Commons, last night, Mr Gladstone referred to Earl Granville's statement on Monday last, relative to an agreement having been come to on the Af> ghan frontier question. Mr Gladstone pointed out that Earl Granville had qualified his statement by announcing that the agreement was referred to th« Czar for approval.
