Messrs Stevenß and Gorton announce that they will offer for absolute sale by auction, on Tuesday the 19th inst., after their usual stock sale at Bulls, that valuable farm property in th«> Sandoo District belonging to Mr J. Roberts. On it is a six-room-.d dwellinghouse, with stable*, granary, and all necessary outbuildings. This farm without doubt contaius the finest land iu the far-famed and proverbial'y fertile Sandon district. Fur such a valuable property there should be keen competition.
