Messes Stevens and Gorton announce that they will offer for absolute sale by auction, on Tuesday the 19th inst., after their usual stock sale at Bulls, that valuable farm prooerty m the Sandon District belonging to Mr J. Roberts. It is situated on the main road from Bulls to Sandon and fronts the district road to Scott's Ferry, being 1 part of rural sections, Nos 12 and 32, of the Hult Small Farm Block, and contains about 20C acres. It is fenced and subdivided into nine pnddocks, a portion being under grass, some m stubble, and 20 acres biißli. On it is a six-roomed dwellinghouse, with stables, granary, and all necessary outbuildings. This farm without doubt contains the finest land m the far-famed and proverbially fertile Sandon district. For mch a valnable property there should bo keen competition.
