Auction Sale of J ewellery.
Messrs Snelson and Co. announce a very important auction sale of valuable jewellery for Saturday next at 2 p.m. The consignor* are the wellknown jewellers Messrs Kohn Bros., who have perhaps the largest and most valuable stock «f any wholesale firm m the Colony. The goods will be on view m a few days, and will be found to be a class not previously obtainable m Palmerston. An auctioneer's note states that the gOds must be sold, and bargains will be the order of the day. Town and country residents desirous of procuring nrrioles of genuine quality, and at less thau wholesale cost price, should make it a point to attend this sale, as such an opportunity to obtain jewellery an J electro-plated ware from a house of good standing at auction prices is often not afforded the residents of inland towns. The sale will commence at 2 p.m., and a successful saleis looked forward to.
